Wheel slowly rotates with sticky liquid that attracts and catches flies.
Flies that are stuck to the sticky liquid get scraped off and dropped into a dissolving liquid in the base.
Could be made decorative like a mill wheel sculpture and have UV lights on it to disinfect it.
