Solar powered dyna-fly ~

Why not have a solar pavilion that folds of and has little little fans like you find on drones inside driven by the solar panel. You could make the structure inside the top of it where the battery is or better yet make the seat the batteries so that it will give it some weight and hold it down. Wherever the plug-in battery goes.
