Why not make a AR augmented reality glasses that when you go in a store your devices read chips or network transmissions from an employee's badge and they put some sort of identifier over the head of that employee with their name and position in the store. And even when dealing with somebody at a register when you look at their face you see the store logo with the face, or the fees covered with the store logo.
That way you would know more than ever that you are dealing with the store and not the individual.
I could see where this could change the dynamic of interactions in a store. Instead of getting mad at a person because of their attitude and their take you would be focused on how the store is treating you. And the employee would know that they are being seen as the store and they would be reminded to do their best to represent the store in the best light.
