So what if as they continue to develop their information about brains and plaque and dementia and memory they came up with a way to inject a chemical that would wash away that plaque and allow people to retain their thoughts and memories more clearly and longer than ever before?
A new brainwash, if you will.
It would almost be scary to have a 90-year-old woman regain full memory and thinking ability. I wonder if that would create frustration and anger in a calm and forgetful woman like my mother-in-law?
Or if a man of 75 was cleansed of the chemicals blocking his thinking that had been clouded by drugs and alcohol all of his life and all of a sudden he could think clearly again would he be sad because of his wasted body?
And what if the clearing away of this plaque in the brain went too far and opened up deeds between parts of the brain that gave you new abilities to see or to hear or to interpret your senses that are taking in everything but your brain just can't process it fast enough?
Fun thoughts about some of the brain science going on right now.
