Police car that self drives
It could be equipped with cameras and video cameras and sound recorders. And it would drive around and record the behavior of drivers around it. And if it picked up that someone was driving faster than the speed limit that would follow them and get their tag information and cite them.
If it had a situation occur in year it could be the first officer on the scene. Pull up and start taking video of criminals in action. So that when human officers showed up they would have a record of what happened rather than getting there too late as is often the case.
The cameras would only activate when there was a suspected criminal activity occurring. It could also activate stop signs and traffic lights and that sort of thing.
And they could even be electric and drive around all day until they needed to return home and recharge. I like a Roomba.

Police drone for speeders
Highway patrol would tag a vehicle in their road map system. A high-speed fixed-wing drone would fly to the vehicle and drop a magnetic blinker arrow device on the hood or windshield of the speeding vehicle. The driver would then be required to pull over and wait for the highway patrol to come and write a ticket.

Cart gathering bot
Cart gathering bot
The adaptive fix RFID chips on the carts at a store him and then have a wheeled lot like they used to push the carts now roll through the parking lot behind the parked cars and when it senses a cart it would either turn and try to get the car onto the chain or it would ask how loud someone to put the cart on the chain or position it close to the cart gathering bought so that it could get it done.
Could be useful for grocery stores at night instead of paying somebody to do it they just send the bought out together maul up. During the day would become a challenging but doable. Hard part would be possible damage to vehicles and people running into it.

Brain wash
So what if as they continue to develop their information about brains and plaque and dementia and memory they came up with a way to inject a chemical that would wash away that plaque and allow people to retain their thoughts and memories more clearly and longer than ever before?
A new brainwash, if you will.
It would almost be scary to have a 90-year-old woman regain full memory and thinking ability. I wonder if that would create frustration and anger in a calm and forgetful woman like my mother-in-law?
Or if a man of 75 was cleansed of the chemicals blocking his thinking that had been clouded by drugs and alcohol all of his life and all of a sudden he could think clearly again would he be sad because of his wasted body?
And what if the clearing away of this plaque in the brain went too far and opened up deeds between parts of the brain that gave you new abilities to see or to hear or to interpret your senses that are taking in everything but your brain just can't process it fast enough?
Fun thoughts about some of the brain science going on right now.

AR ID beacon for hospital workers
Would allow hospital nurses and doctors to be more personable and easily address the patient by name.
Could also help a hospital staff keep the place more secure. No info bubble over a person would call for some investigation by the staff.

AR for hospital patients
Make the screens for entertainment in their view wherever they look.
Could give them vital signs more easily.
Could also give them a window view no matter which room they are in.
