Use a flat screen TV on a piano to display a picture or video of a crowd in a concert hall to get used to playing in front of people.
That way you get used to playing in front of people and all the sounds and murmuring that happens. And overcome stage fright before you actually get up on stage.
VR could be used for this, also, but it wouldn't be the same playing a piano.
